This letter is to recommend the construction services of Willis Spivey of Spivey Construction Inc., for the exemplary work he performed in building our house over the past seven months. We feel that, given the constraints put upon him by us choosing to be the Contractors and asking him to take over for a previous builder who left the project, he performed above all expectations.
When we approached Mr. Spivey in March of 1994, we intended to only subcontract his services in a few areas of our house's construction; framing, and trim work. As it turned out we were so pleased with his work Spivey Construction performed the majority of the project. As the Architect and designer of our home, our plans were intricate with rigid specifications. It became apparent to both of us that Willis was an individual who had the insight and perseverance to complete our stalled house project on Lake Norman, and make building our dream home a joy instead of a chore. He quickly analyzed, and helped provide solution, if and when problems arose.
