 Tom Arkle and Stephanie Chen Residence – This home was built on a point lot, with 270 degree views and a very small building envelop. A very open floor plan inside was created and features views of the lake from every room on both floors. This residence was created as a weekend home for its owners. The soaring ceilings are finished with tongue and groove cedar. A floor to ceiling stone fireplace was constructed in the great room. Travertine floors and walls cover the master bath. An expansive circular screened porch was built on the point to provideviews in all directions. The home office has its own private viewing porch. The durable exterior is finished with all low to no maintenance materials including: Hardi-Shake siding, stone veneer foundation, and a bronze metal standing seam roof.
