Spivey Commercial

Creative Flexspace, LLC, recently contracted with Spivey Construction, Inc., to build our commercial building.  The timeframe was critical, as the entire building is designed for professional businesses, and we had several tenants with commitments and schedules of their own.

Spivey Construction completed the 6,800 SF office building in four months.  This included a 2-week delay, due to encountering rock, which due to its close proximity to the railroad, precluded blasting.

In any building project, communication is a key element.  This was most evident throughout the construction phase.  The other key ingredients of quality and speed do not always go hand-in-hand.  Spivey Construction prides itself in attaining all three essentials: communication, quality, and timelines.
