This letter is a letter of reference for Spivey Construction Company.  In 1995 my wife and I contracted with Spivey Construction Company to construct our home.  We were impressed first by our inquiries into Mr. Spivey's background and the quality, timeliness and comprehensiveness of his services.  Our background check revealed that all of these qualities were clearly above and beyond the average.

Following the construction of our home we were so impressed and had developed such a good working relationship with Mr. Spivey himself that we contracted him to construct the Tamrick Building.  The Tamrick Building was built in 1998 to house the corporate offices of Benchmark Inc., Local Government Services.  Again impressed by Mr. Spivey's capabilities we experienced timeliness, thoroughness and craftsmanship beyond our level of expectation.

Willis Spivey and Spivey Construction Company uphold the highest level of professional conduct in their craft.  In my experience I have been around numerous contractors, predominantly builders of commercial and residential property.  I have toured many facilities and many developments representative of my clientele.  I have managed many construction projects predominantly in the general construction field of highways, roadways, and pipelines.  However, that project management experience has exposed me personally to the attributes of a quality general contractor.  Spivey Construction exhibits the highest standards I have experienced in my personal, in by corporate/business, as well as my professional career.  I would not hesitate to invite a visit by any prospective clientele of Spivey Construction Company to tour my office facilities.
