Every project has a lead supervisor who is in charge of daily management.  This key supervisor will keep you informed on progress, respond to any questions, and make sure you are connected to your project at all times.

We monitor daily costs and carefully document all charges and selections.  Any situations that arise will be dealt with quicky and carefully, with your best financial interests in mind, and any substantial changed will be submitted for review. 

Communications...

Along with having project managers to keep you informed, we hold regularly scheduled meetings with you and our team to keep you up to speed.  All changes and budget alterations will be carefully documented and provided to you so that you are never surprised.
