Spivey Commercial

I just wanted to let you know how thrilled I am with my new building!  When I first met you I had a dream to build my own fitness center.  Well it's here (opened September 2000), a 10,000 sq. ft building, thanks for making my dream come true.

This letter is in reference to Willis Spivey and Spivey Construction Co., Inc. and our business relationship with them.  MCS Enterprises of Lake Norman, LLC has contracted with Spivey Construction Co. to build a beautiful commercial building of 6,000 sq. ft.

Creative Flexspace, LLC, recently contracted with Spivey Construction, Inc., to build our commercial building.  The timeframe was critical, as the entire building is designed for professional businesses, and we had several tenants with commitments and schedules of their own.

This letter is a letter of reference for Spivey Construction Company.  In 1995 my wife and I contracted with Spivey Construction Company to construct our home.  We were impressed first by our inquiries into Mr. Spivey's background and the quality, timeliness and comprehensiveness of his services.  Our background check revealed that all of these qualities were clearly above and beyond the average.

I am taking this time to write and let you know how pleased we are with the construction of Denver Crossing Business Park.  Your knowledge of construction and site planning was a tremendous help to us.
